Service Description
Make their birthday extra crafty with a mobile bead bar brought right to the party. Kids can mix, match and create as many bracelets and keychains as they'd like throughout the experience. We bring the beads, supplies and everything needed to create, plus handle setup, instruction and breakdown. What's included: • 90 minutes of unlimited making • Bracelets + keychains • Beads, letters and charms • Hands-on instruction • Setup + breakdown • Up to 6 kids Additional kids can be added when booking.
Cancellation Policy
Private events are paid in full at the time of booking. Your date and time are confirmed once payment is complete. Cancellations made at least 7 days before your event may be rescheduled or refunded, less a 50% non-refundable booking fee. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable, but may be eligible for a one-time credit toward a future private event. Mobile events are available within the Greater Austin area. Events outside a 30-mile radius of central Austin may require an additional travel fee. If your event falls outside our standard service area, we’ll contact you after booking. For mobile events, adequate space and access must be available for setup and breakdown. Any tables or other setup needs should be confirmed through your booking form before the event. Final guest count and selected add-ons should be accurate at the time of booking. Additional participants or upgrades may require an additional payment. Questions or changes?
